His Excellency Dr. Idris Hadi Salih to a Group of German Students from Vilip University: "Next year it is in our program to open German department at the University of Salahaddin"

His Excellency Dr. Idris Hadi Salih, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, met a group of 15 German Students from Vilip University. The reason behind their visit to Kurdistan region is to be familiarized with higher education process, research activities, cooperation and coordination with Kurdistan universities.

The closing ceremony of technical pharmaceutical training course was conducted
With the presence of His Excellency Dr. Idris Hadi Salih, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Pishtiwan Hashim the president of Hawler Medical University, Dr. Abdul-Qadir Naqishbandi the dean of the College of Pharmacy and Dr. Ismail Barzinji the deputy director of Directorate of Health in Erbil, the closing ceremony of technical pharmaceutical training course went on today.

Responding to the Ministry's of Higher Education official invitation, Dr. Claude O. Pressnell , President of Tennessee Independent Colleges and Universities Association (TICUA), visited Kurdistan Region and held a series of seminars, about developing curriculum by practicing Accreditation and Quality Assurance system, in Salahaddin, Duhok, Koya, Sulaimanya and Hawler Medical universities.
